Everything you need to know about hosting a VR event.

How much space do I need?

For the 4-Player Arena, we need a flat, clear space of at least 15' x 15' (about the size of a two-car garage). For the 6-Player Arena, we recommend 20' x 20'. This can be indoors (large living room, gym, hall) or outdoors (flat concrete or driveway).

Do I need to provide power?

Yes, we currently require access to a standard power outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. We bring our own extension cords and safety covers. (Truly wireless/off-grid packages are coming soon!)

Is it hygienic? How do you clean headsets?

Safety and hygiene are our top priorities. We use commercial-grade silicone face covers that are wiped down with medical-grade disinfectant between every single player rotation. Your guests will always put on a fresh, clean headset.

What happens if it rains?

For outdoor bookings, we highly recommend having an indoor backup plan (like a garage or large living room). VR headsets cannot be used in the rain or direct wet conditions. If weather forces a cancellation without an indoor backup, we offer flexible rescheduling.

What ages can play?

Our experiences are optimized for players aged 8 and up. The headsets fit best on children of this age, and they have the coordination required for the games. We have specific games curated for younger kids (8-12) and more intense ones for teens/adults.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

We get it — plans change. If you need to cancel a pop-up event booking, email support@vr-anywhere.com with your booking ID and we'll do our best to help. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, including no-shows, are not eligible for refunds as we've already reserved your arena time. Private events booked through our quote process are non-refundable once confirmed. For full details, see our Terms of Service.
